GAMMA (the Georgia Alliance of Musicians & Music Advocates) is a new organization dedicated to supporting today’s artists while cultivating the next generation of musicians, leaders, and music advocates, offering members opportunities to engage in meaningful music‑centered advocacy, access educational initiatives, and help strengthen Georgia’s music ecosystem from the ground up. Through events described as providing “great talks, networking, and good vibes,” GAMMA creates space for musicians, educators, and industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and build community around shared goals in Music, Advocacy, Education, and Community. Joining GAMMA allows individuals to become part of an energized, mission-driven network committed to uplifting both current and future contributors to Georgia’s creative landscape.
The GAMMA Story
The founding members of our organization came together through a wide circle of musical and artistic connections, each bringing experiences shaped by performance, collaboration, and creative community. What began as individual relationships formed on stages, in classrooms, in studios, and at community events grew into a shared vision built on mutual respect and a deep love for the arts.
